VACCINE CLINICS

Vaccine Clinic Day

Must have been small dog day...

To better serve those who are in financial need, Fox Memorial Clinic offers low-cost vaccination clinics.  These clinics are designed to help protect pets from common diseases, but do not replace the need for regular veterinary examinations.

All vaccination clinics are by appointment only.
To make an appointment please call Fox Memorial Clinic at (860) 594-4503.

  • Please bring with you any vaccination paperwork you may have. We cannot call or wait for another veterinarian to send it on the day of this appointment. If your pet is having a Rabies vaccination we will need proof of a prior vaccine to issue a three-year certificate.

  • Cats must be in a pet carrier and dogs must be on a leash. If your dog is aggressive please do not bring him/her to a vaccine clinic. A regular scheduled appointment would be necessary.

  • Because of the demand there will be many people scheduled at the same time. When you arrive, you will sign in with a staff member. We will do our best to take you in the order that you are signed in. Please be patient, as we are trying to help as many pets as possible.

  • Vaccines offered are as follows: Distemper, Rabies, Leukemia, Lyme and Bordetella. We accept Cash, MasterCard and Visa. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
