One of our loyal supporters is conducting a supply drive to benefit the animals awaiting adoption in our Newington shelter.  Supplies that are collected will be used to fill the holiday stockings that will go home with our adoptable pets and will also be used to give them the comforts of home while they stay at our shelter.  If you would like to contribute a new pet toy or pet treats, stop on down and say hello.  We are grateful for all the support that we can get.

Do you want to get your holiday shopping done, get your presents wrapped AND support the Connecticut Humane Society all at the same time?!?  Come on down and visit us at Border's Books and Music where we'll be participating in their annual gift wrapping event to benefit local charities.  November 24 and December 23 are the CT Humane Days!  So come on out and visit.  Your support will help us help the pets!

Thinking of a new pet?  Look no further.  The Connecticut Humane Society has dozens of pets looking for their forever home.  Come on down and visit us at our Home for the Holidays event where every pet adopted during the event will go home with a holiday stocking filled with goodies and treats to make their homecoming extra special for the holidays!  Get a picture of your child or your pet with Santa for a $5 donation.  Purchase some holiday goodies at our bake sale.  Purchase pet supplies for your home at our flea market.  Refreshments will be served for a donation.  Vendors include:  Lucky Dogs(food vendor), Zodiapet, Katherine Ryan Collectibles, Devilishly Delicious Dips and much more.  So come out, adopt a pet, support the CT Humane Society and join us for a Holiday celebration...  We can't wait to see you.

Proceeds will benefit the Connecticut Humane Society!

Want to get a photo of your beloved pet AND support CT Humane all at the same time?  Look no further.  On every weekend in December the staff and volunteers of our Waterford shelter will be conducting Santa Paws Pet Photos.  A portion of the proceeds from every photo taken on these days will be donated to the Connecticut Humane Society.  So come on down, bring your pet, and support the great work that we do for thousands of animals on an annual basis.
