The donor subsidized clinic offers a wide range of veterinary services at fees which are generally 20-30% lower than most pet hospitals. An essential veterinary tool for preventative pet care is the annual physical examination. Scheduled by appointment, this is an opportunity for pet owners to discuss questions and concerns with the veterinarian. Vaccinations and other necessary treatments are also available during the visit. Download the new patient registration form and bring it with you to your appointment.
Fox Clinic has all of the diagnostics and treatments necessary to keep your pet free from both internal and external parasites. Visit the Internal Parasites and External Parasites articles to learn why treatment and prevention are so important to the overall health of your pet.
One in three pets goes missing during its lifetime. Statistics show that only 14% of lost dogs and 4% of lost cats are reunited with their families. A microchip is another method of ID, links your pet back to you, and increases your chances of reuniting with your pet if it is lost. It is the size of a grain of rice and is inserted between your dog's shoulder blades with a simple injection. Because there is very little pain, no anesthesia is required. Veterinary hospitals, shelters and pounds are now all equipped with scanners that can read these chips should your pet become lost.
Fox Clinic provides microchips from HomeAgain. The fee includes automatic registration of your pet in the HomeAgain national database. After registration, you may complete your pet's profile, upload a photo, enter medical information and add an alternate contact - all online. Once your pet is registered, it will have a lifetime membership. Additional benefits such as 24/7 Lost Pet Specialists, Rapid Lost Pet Alerts, and many more are available/renewable on an annual basis. Read a personal staff story.
Regularly scheduled clinics offer low-fee vaccinations which help protect pets from common, yet potentially harmful, diseases. All clinics are by appointment only. They do not replace the need for regular veterinary examinations. Click here for the 2015 schedule and additional information.
