Tune in on Thursday mornings.

Glen was found as a stray when he was just about 1 month old. When he arrived, he wasn’t doing too well and we weren’t sure if he would make it. He had an upper respiratory infection, worms and fleas. But a month in foster care with an amazing volunteer helped him heal and grow into a healthy, loving kitten. He would be a good choice for just about any family. He doesn’t have much experience with other pets but may enjoy sharing with others. Visit him and make him your friend for life.

Pluto, his littermate and mother came to CHS when he was just 2 days old. He grew up in foster care but then came down with a kitty cold. He's finally all healed and ready for his forever after. This handsome kitten is full of personality, loves people and gets on well with other pets. He would love to find his best friend for life. Are you the one?

Tune in on Sunday
at 9 am.

Iago (pictured) and his brother and best friend Zazu got to have plenty of fun at their pet of the week experience. They got to test out their ability to become octopi (if you've ever tried to hold a squirmy kitten, you know exactly what I'm talking about) and also got in some snuggle time with NBC friends. These two came in as strays so we don't know much about them. What we do know is that they would probably do best in a home that is prepared for active kittens with a penchant for exploring. Visit them today to make one or both of them your friend(s) for life!

Those eyes! Troy is about as handsome as they come with his startling green eyes. He is looking for love and promises that he’ll share plenty of love with you. He meows for treats and his favorite go-to for playtime is a wand toy. He is the type of guy who may be willing to share his new family with other feline friends. If you think this 1-year old stunner is for you, visit Waterford and make him your friend for life.

Tune in on Wednesday
at  4:30 pm.

Michael is sweet, full of energy and loves everyone he meets! He is 4-months old and will grow into an active boy who will need plenty of exercise and training to help him be happy. He’s a retriever/Catahoula leopard dog mix so will be quite large as well. He is the perfect choice for an active family looking for a hiking partner. Visit him in Waterford today.

Tune in on Wednesday
at 9:15 am.

Nena is a calm 3-year old Staffordshire terrier mix. We call her our little cow, because she is black and white, thick bodied, and placid. She is looking for a family with older kids, as she likes to jump up and give kisses. She previously lived with a dog, but would prefer a cat free home. We highly recommend that you visit the adoption listings at cthumane.org to watch the hysterical video our volunteers made of Nena. It really shows off her personality in ways that a still photo just can't. Meet her in Westport!
