Tune in on Thursday mornings.

This is Acorn. He's just 1 month old and ready to find his forever after. If you've never met a baby Guinea pig, you are missing a real treat. He's soft, cuddly, very friendly and squeaks when he's happy. He would be a good choice for families who don't have the time for a dog or cat but still want a loyal companion. Gentle kids would be the best fit as these pets don't do well with rough handling. Visit this sweetie and fall in love!

Tune in on Tuesday at 9:50 am.

Meet Flash (pictured) and his very best friend, Roughnot. These altered males are good friends. And while CHS is not requiring them to be adopted together, we think they would prefer to remain roomies. As you can see Flash has a flair for the silly poses. Both boys are 5-years old and very eager to find their forever after. They would be a good fit for just about any family. Visit them today!

Tune in on Sunday at 9 am.

Sabrina was so excited about being in the TV studio that she kept leaping out of our arms to explore. The great thing about this 3 month old is that she isn't so intent on games and fun that she aggressively asserts her independence. She does enjoy some cuddle time with her human friends. So she would be a good fit for just about any family who is ready for kitten antics but also wants someone to settle in for some love. Sabrina may be a good candidate for a multi-pet home as well. Visit her today!

Tune in on Monday at 9:30 am.

Meet Cricket. She is a 1-year old hound mix who is social and very active. She’s interested in living with adults who would be sure to include her in their daily exercise routine as she loves her fun. She’s been learning some manners at the adoption center and would like her new family to continue with the training. She may be interested in sharing her life with another dog or cat. Visit her today.

Tune in on Wednesday at 9:15 am.

Most people have heard of a tuxedo cat, but what about a tuxedo dog? Our pet of the week is Lincoln, a dog who dresses to impress and who hopes his formal wear markings will win him a new home. This 8-year old pit bull mix is looking for a retirement home. He has lived with another dog and regularly engages in our play date program. We think he would do fine as an only dog or as a second (or even third!) dog in the home. He would not be a good match for homes with cats or small animals such as rabbits or guinea pigs. Lincoln’s favorite thing to do is to sprawl on the grass in the sun and chew on a tennis ball while getting his ears scratched. He also does well on long walks and enjoys a good game of fetch. He is house-trained and has basic manners, and would make an excellent companion pup. To learn more about Lincoln visit him today.
