Children across the state can "stand up" for rescue pets this summer (June 15th - August 15th) by donating proceeds from lemonade sales to pets in the care of the Connecticut Humane Society.
Special thanks to the 2017 Lemonade Stand Challenge sponsors for matching lemonade funds raised in their communities:
Superior Energy (Vernon)
Somers Veterinary Hospital (Somers)
Southport Veterinary Center (Westport and Fairfield)

"As real estate and property management professionals, every day we encounter people with pets looking for new homes and we love helping people and pets find new homes! Supporting CHS is a natural fit for us and a cause close to all our hearts." Juliet L. Cavanaugh, Cavanaugh & Company, LLC
"We're thrilled to partner with these organizations as we encourage children to learn more about animal welfare and to take action to care for animals in need," said Gordon Willard, CHS executive director. "It's a win-win for everyone involved, especially for the pets who directly benefit from the generosity and support in the community."
